Central Investor Information is a document referred to as PRIIP KID.

The term PRIIP covers composite insurance and investment products for retail customers. For that type of product, there is a requirement that a document with basic information about the product must be prepared.

The document is called KID and stands for Key Information Document. It can be compared to Central Investor Information, which aims to help investors understand how an investment product works and to enable comparison of a product with other similar investment products. However, there are a few more details and information in KID, as the products are typically more complex.

If you invest in Selected Alternatives A/S, we are obliged to be able to show and/or provide such a document to you.

It will be a natural part of our information to you during a consultation meeting that we show it to you and go through it together with you.

The selected RegEnergy’s risk classification is 6 out of 7 according to the fund’s Key Information Document (KID), and you can read the document with central information here.

All investments are associated with a certain risk. The main risk factors related to an investment in Selected Alternatives A/S include, among others:

• Market risk regarding the value of the underlying assets
• Risk associated with the projects’ earnings
• Risk associated with the production apparatus
• Interest rate risk
• Political risk
• Credit risk
• Liquidity risk
• Currency risk

The fund’s goal is to create an annual return (IRR) between 6-8% after tax and all costs. Since inception, the annual return (IRR) has been 6.09%, and during the period, the total return (IRR) has been 46.14%.

A Multi Asset Fund is a type of investment fund that invests in a range of different asset classes. The purpose of a Multi Asset Fund is to give you as an investor the opportunity to diversify your portfolio and reduce the risk by having investments in several different asset classes.

Your investment will be registered with the Central Securities Depository, and then you will have the opportunity to follow your investment in your bank. In addition, updates and quarterly reports will be sent out regularly.

Selected Alternatives A/S has a recommended investment period of 10 years. Redemption in the fund is possible every calendar year. Redemption requests must be submitted to the fund manager (the Advisor) and will be processed no later than 12 months and one business day after the end of that year. The detailed terms are defined in Selected Alternatives A/S articles of association.

Before the fund invests in new projects, we conduct thorough due diligence and analysis. We have an experienced team that actively screens the market for potential investment opportunities as well as an investment committee that must approve all investments in the fund.
